- Electronics Items: Returns for electronics items are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. Returns for electronics will be processed only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- SIM-Free Mobiles and Calling Cards: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for SIM-free mobiles and calling cards, provided that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
2. How to Return a Product

4. Exchanges
